At Carter Hall Farm we believe that food raised right tastes better and, in many ways, is more nutritious. We pride ourselves on providing the highest-quality and most conscientiously raised meat and poultry.  Employing the principles of rotational grazing, we are committed to sustainable, and humane practices in the raising of our animals. We respect the animals by allowing them to live as nature intended in surroundings that let each animal thrive and exhibit their natural instincts.  When the animals are not foraging on their own, we supplement only with grass and grain- based quality feeds. We never use added hormones, and never use any chemical pesticides or herbicides on our farm.
